Module 1
Inclusive Education – What is the meaning and essence of inclusive education that respects the characteristics and needs of every child in education? Recognizing pupils with different abilities – How to recognize a pupil who has special educational needs and requires support in the classroom?
Module 2
Identifying Pupils with Different Abilities – How to use observation, various assessments, and collaboration with parents and specialists to identify pupils with different abilities in the classroom? Pupils with Special Educational Needs – Who are pupils with special educational needs? Pupils with disabilities in school.
Module 3
Gifted Pupils – Important aspects of identifying gifted pupils, their characteristics, and the application of appropriate strategies and approaches in working with them in school. Twice-exceptional pupils – What characterises pupils with multiple exceptionalities, and how can they be identified and worked with effectively?
Module 4
CERTIFICATION
At the end of the Erasmus training course, all participants receive official documentation confirming their successful completion of the programme. Each participant is awarded a Certificate of Attendance, issued by the organising institution, which verifies the learning outcomes achieved, the total number of training hours, and the course topics covered.
In addition, participants receive a Europass Mobility Certificate, prepared in accordance with the Erasmus+ quality standards. This document records the skills, competencies, and knowledge gained during the course and is fully recognised across Europe, making it a valuable addition to professional portfolios and CVs.
Together, these certificates provide participants with formal recognition of their professional development, supporting further career advancement, mobility opportunities, and validation of newly acquired competencies within their educational or professional institutions.
Instructor

Dr. Marinela Šćepanović is an experienced lecturer and trainer with more than 20 years of experience working with students with developmental disabilities and gifted students. She is the author of more than 20 workshops and trainings in the areas of diversity support, violence prevention, parent collaboration, and school improvement. She holds a doctorates in Inclusive Education and Educational Psychology. She is the author of several popular publications and has received multiple awards for her professional work.
