The aim of the course is to develop advanced cognitive, perceptual and multisensory skills in participants, empowering them to apply functional techniques of cognitive stimulation in working with children, youth and adults. Participants acquire practical competencies in the field of cognitive reserve, bilateral coordination, multisensory integration, creative information processing, functional inventory of concepts and cognitive training in challenging situations, while developing skills for creating their own activities, workshops and publications for cognitive work.
The course represents a modern, dynamic, functional and motivationally outstanding cognitive training and an approach to the integration of cognitive potentials, intellectual skills and strengthening the mental resilience of each person. The course is aimed at active integration of knowledge and skills through practical situations, challenging tasks and multisensory activities with emphasis on perception, concentration, memory-recognition potentials, stereognostic abilities, processing speed and responses to auditory, visual and tactile stimuli in a test situation. The program is fully interactive, based on experiential learning, teamwork and assignments that systematically develop the practical application of cognitive skills in real-world conditions and challenging environments. At the end of the course, participants receive an Erasmus+ certificate and clearly defined professional competencies that they can immediately use in their work.
CURRICULUM
Module 1: Introduction
Presentation of the participants, presentation of the host organization and the educator. Relaxation through several ice breaker games. Presentation of the course – introduction to the course and schedule of activities by day, team game for better communication and coordination “We are one team”.
Module 2: Cognitive stimulation in focus
Introduction to the cognitive stimulation, brain functionality, plasticity of thinking, functional inventory of concepts and metaphors. Familiarization with the form of cognitive reserve, implementation of concepts through initial workshops. The final part is a workshop on developing a cognitive stimulation algorithm from external input to final benefit.
Module 3: Cognitive reserve & functional knowledge
Work on enigmatic stories, multidimensional study of metaphors in the service of creating functional knowledge, cognitive speed and verbal vocabulary dexterity in test situations. Cognitive reserve as an educational and mental protective resource. Independent work on a enigmatic story.
Module 4: Cognitive training in practice
Integration of knowledge, skills and cognitive reserve in test situations. Working with children and working on yourself in a challenging environment. Cognitive stimulation in the form of an advanced escape room with elements of educational and general cultural content.
Module 5: Cognitive relaxation in nature
Organized excursion with a visit to waterfalls, mental relaxation techniques and guided fantasy in a natural environment to strengthen mental resilience, evaluation of processes and effects, distribution of certificates.
CERTIFICATION
At the end of the Erasmus training course, all participants receive official documentation confirming their successful completion of the programme. Each participant is awarded a Certificate of Attendance, issued by the organising institution, which verifies the learning outcomes achieved, the total number of training hours, and the course topics covered.
In addition, participants receive a Europass Mobility Certificate, prepared in accordance with the Erasmus+ quality standards. This document records the skills, competencies, and knowledge gained during the course and is fully recognised across Europe, making it a valuable addition to professional portfolios and CVs.
Together, these certificates provide participants with formal recognition of their professional development, supporting further career advancement, mobility opportunities, and validation of newly acquired competencies within their educational or professional institutions.

Social pedagogue by vocation, hyperactive father with a million ideas, school teacher, dedicated to humanitarian work in his spare time. He deals with neuropsychological testing of children and the elderly, develops techniques, methods, procedures and forms of cognitive stimulation of children, young people, adults and the elderly in all dimensions. Author of a book of enigmatic stories intended for cognitive stimulation and author of several collections of poetry. Passionate lover of nature, dogs and travel.
