COURSE DESCRIPTION
The aim of this course is to strengthen the professional competencies of helping professionals working with adults (therapists in special education and rehabilitation, social workers, psychologists, counselors, psychotherapists, and educators). In addition to developing advanced knowledge in communication and psychosocial support, the program emphasizes self-reflection and personal growth through experiential workshops and group processes. Participants will explore emotions, communication patterns, energy, mental strength, and practical skills that enhance both their professional and personal capacities. Case studies and interactive exercises will provide opportunities to apply theory to practice while deepening awareness of one’s own resources and limitations. The course also aims to build confidence in leading trainings and workshops, fostering empowerment and resilience in both professionals and the communities they serve. By combining international collaboration with personal development, the program supports holistic growth and the exchange of best practices within the Erasmus+ framework.
This five-day international training program is intended for helping professionals. The course provides structured professional development in the areas of:
– advanced communication skills,
– psychosocial support methods,
– experiential group work,
– case study analysis,
– supervision and self-reflection practices.
Participants will engage in workshops designed to strengthen emotional awareness, interpersonal communication, energy management, mental resilience, and applied therapeutic skills. The program emphasizes a holistic and trauma-informed perspective, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical exercises. Through group processes and international exchange, participants will enhance their competence in leading trainings, facilitating psychosocial interventions, and supporting adult learners. The course contributes to both professional growth and personal development, preparing participants to apply acquired tools in diverse educational and therapeutic contexts.
