Healthy Mind = Happy Life “Promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing – Preventing Harmful Behaviour”

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This Training Programme aims to provide a basic understanding of the human mind and behaviours. It teaches what governs our thinking and feelings as well as how we choose our behaviours. Second aim is to teach Choice Theory and let participants explore practical ways of improving aspects of their lives and view techniques for goal and achievement settings; motivation, life and stress management. The Programme as a whole promotes mental health, with the aim of preventing unhealthy lifestyles and damaging behaviours, providing participants with new methods that can enhance their lives.
Short guide on how to apply simple psychology in our lives to fulfil our innate zest for being well. The philosophy behind this training is that all human beings want to be happy, feel good and avoid pain. Our creative attempts to find ways of being well prove to be sometimes destructive and harmful. Learning, exploring and sharing new methods is one way to achieve healthier and happier life.

CERTIFICATION
At the end of the Erasmus training course, all participants receive official documentation confirming their successful completion of the programme. Each participant is awarded a Certificate of Attendance, issued by the organising institution, which verifies the learning outcomes achieved, the total number of training hours, and the course topics covered.
In addition, participants receive a Europass Mobility Certificate, prepared in accordance with the Erasmus+ quality standards. This document records the skills, competencies, and knowledge gained during the course and is fully recognised across Europe, making it a valuable addition to professional portfolios and CVs.
Together, these certificates provide participants with formal recognition of their professional development, supporting further career advancement, mobility opportunities, and validation of newly acquired competencies within their educational or professional institutions.
Instructor

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Choice Theory/Reality therapy certified practitioner with Diploma in Psychology. I have twenty years of experience in a number of professional settings.For over fifteen years I worked as a trainer, designing and delivering Professional & Personal Development Training programmes.I spent most of my career promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing.
